I can’t say it enough – we had spectacular weather for this trip! It did rain a little on us the afternoon of our full day in Paris, but even with that it was still a warm 10 days with more Sun than England and Paris usually see in springtime.
And what I couldn’t get over was how groomed Paris was. And the flowers! Everywhere! On our walk to the Tower, there were clouds of lilacs spilling through the gates.
And all along the way were beautiful flowering trees spilling their color into the sky.
And like I touched on before, the trees and gardens were all so well groomed!
And with all these flowering trees, the breeze smelled sweet every time it crossed your face.
The trees around Notre Dam were all filled with pink blooms, while much of the rest of the city had white blooms.
Just a spectacular time of the year to be in Paris! Early May. Mark your calendar for your trip, because that’s the time to go!
